Execution speed

The concept of speed of execution in goal refers to the goalkeeper’s ability to perform the different technical gestures at the maximum possible speed. We must perform the strength work (power) at the maximum possible speed, so that this speed is transferred to the actions in goal.

The exercises we propose may be more generic or more specific. For example, performing squats would be a generic exercise that can serve as a basis for the spagat. If we raise laterally the leg supported at a height, it would be a specific exercise (it is not performed by any other player, it only serves for the specific associated technique).
